We planned a trip down to St. George and Vegas last weekend with J.D. and Callie. The boys wanted to go see the Mountain West Basketball Games. Brent and I ended up going without any of our kids. Jake didn't want to go because he didn't want to miss is indoor soccer game. Ellie wanted to stay with Grandma Gerry (even though she had been at her house almost the entire week. Brent's mom Gerry really wanted to take Mia too, so we let her! I told Brent that are kids are too young to not want to go with us already. What's going to happen when they get older!
We all had a fun time. We went to Snow Canyon and played in the sand and rocks for a few hours the first day. We decided that our fall trip that usually without kids will be with kids this year. Jake and Ellie love playing at Snow Canyon and I think Mia will love it this fall.
