Soccer....Soccer...Soccer

Jake has been playing indoor soccer the past couple of months. His team consists of all 5 and 6 year olds. The youngest league they have is U-8. They have been playing kids that are 2-3 years older than them. Needless to say they have lost all there games....until last week. It was there second to last game. They started the game off immediately off with a goal and then a second goal a minute later. They have never scored more than two goals in an entire game. This game was amazing they ended up winning 9-6. I have never seen a bunch of little boys so happy (they usually lose by 6 or more points. Jake scored 5 of the goals. He was so happy the entire next week. He even woke up on Monday, ran into my room and said "I can't believe we won!"

I tried to take some pictures of that game but for some reason all the pictures turn out so dark. I went to there practice the following Tuesday to try and take pictures there. They still turned out dark, but at least you can see the boys!

Indoor season is now finished and we get to start outdoor in two weeks. I love that Jake is so passionate about soccer. I hope that each of my kids find something they love!
